Ingredients You Will Need

All the ingredients you will need to make Oreo Fudge including White Chocolate Chips, Sweetened Condensed Milk and Oreo Cookies.

Preparing the Oreo Cookies

Step 1: You will need 1 1/2 cups of Oreo pieces for the fudge.  We used a sharp knife and gave the cookies a rough chop.
Step 2: We didn’t want a lot of cookie dust mixed in our fudge so we separated the cookie pieces from the crumbs and the dust and didn’t add those.  The dust will turn your fudge grey and unappetizing when you mix the cookie pieces in with the warm candy mixture.

Cooking Instructions

Step 3: Add the Chocolate Chips and the Sweetened Condensed Milk to a medium saucepan.
Step 4: Heat the ingredient on medium-low heat until the white chocolate chips are melted. Stir continuously during the melting process.
Step 5: Take off the heat and add the Oreo cookie pieces.
Step 6: Stir until combined.

Step 7: Line an 8×8″ baking pan with parchment paper.
Step 8: Pour the fudge mixture into the pan.
Step 9: Working quickly, spread the mixture out to the edge of the pan. We used a second piece of parchment paper to smooth out the fudge.
Step 10: Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until fully set (2-3 hours or overnight.)

Serving/Storage Instructions

Sixteen pieces of Oreo Fudge laying on white surface in rows with a knife and a ramekin filled with Oreo Cookies.

Step 11:  Remove from the refrigerator and cut into individual pieces.  Store in the refrigerator in an air-tight container but we think Fudge tastes best served at room temperature. It should only take about an hour for the fudge to come back up to room temperature.
