Baking Instructions

Step 6: For a large cookie, measure 1.5 ounces of cookie dough. Roll the cookie dough into a ball and lightly dust it with Granulated Sugar.  This will help your cookie get the pretty crackles on the top and help the powdered sugar from disappearing in the baking process. Generously cover the cookie dough balls with Powdered Sugar.  We used a spoon to press the powder onto the cookie.

Step 7: Bake the cookies in a 325-degree oven for 11 minutes.
Step 8: Here is our Chocolate Crinkle Cookies out of the oven.  Lots of pretty cracks on the top.  Crunchy on the outside and fluffy and chocolately on the inside.  So very yummy!
