Tasty peanut butter cookie dough is rolled in sugar and features an extra surprise: a Hershey’s chocolate kiss nestled in the center of each cookie … so yummy and so easy to make! Enjoy!

Steps 1 & 2: Cream the butter and peanut butter in a mixer until fully combined.
Step 3: Add the granulated sugar and brown sugar and cream for 3 minutes.
Step 4: Add the eggs and vanilla and beat another 3 minutes until the dough is light and fluffy.

Steps 5 & 6: Add the flour, baking soda, and baking powder and mix until just combined.

Baking Instructions

Steps 7 & 8: Using a food scale, measure 2.5 oz. of cookie dough for each cookie. and then roll the dough into a small bowl filled with granulated sugar and place it on a cookie sheet.
Step 9: Bake the cookies in an oven preheated to 375 degrees for 7-9 minutes.

Steps 10 & 11: While the cookies are still warm and still on the cookie sheet, press a Hershey’s Chocolate Kiss into the top of the peanut butter cookie. Allow the cookies to cool slightly on the cookie sheet before removing them.

  • 1 cup butter (Sweet Cream, Salted, Softened to Room Temperature)
  • 1 cup Jiffy Creamy Peanut Butter (heaping)
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar (packed)
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 2 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar (to roll the cookie dough in)
  • 1 bag Hershey's Chocolate Kisses

Instructions
