HI Lisa – If we are going to transport them we don’t fill the mason jars with quite as much cake and frosting and we make sure the frosting swirl on the top is below the rim of the jar. Then you can put on the top of the mason jar and away you go!

Hi, you should be able to get 10-12 from the recipe. It will depend how much cake you use for each layer.
